This year, I invite you for a birthday month of reunion, celebration and friendship. Come, visit me in Freiburg and let's connect in style, reaching for the treasures of these beautiful lands.

Honestly and from my heart, I do think it is an excellent idea to go fasting in the mountains for a few days. Be it juice, spring water or raw food for some of the candidates, breathing in nature and being in peace with our consumption is just the reset, we need from time to time.

To explore a bit more as friends, I invite you to come with me to the holy lands and set your tent next to the river. Join me on this voyage into the truth of hearts.

This year for the very first time, we will unite as a group and do our fasting together. For this we are going to host ourselves in an amazing dome of holy geometry, which happens to have a fire stove inside. We are going to stretch, pray, swim, drum, sing, sweat and play. We will breathe and reconnect in awe with the deepest love for  ourselves. The frickin' face of Mother Nature just awaits us, her lips eager to kiss our souls.

Please feel humbly invited to join the Fasting in Nature April 9th - 13th Kandel Mountain, Freiburg, Germany. There will be spaces to collaborate with the arts, professions and intentions.

You should bring a sleeping bag, isolation matress, tent, pillow headlamps, warm clothes, musical instruments, blindfold and between 180 - 240 Euros contribution for the costs of the space and fasting juices. The closest train station is Freiburg im Breisgau, the closest airport Basel, Stuttgart or Frankfurt.

Yeah, like the wind shakes the leaves,
like beasts transform into men,
the valley seizes to birth her heavenly commands.

The Earth is full of boons,
we should first cleanse, sow, then harvest. Before the moons,
- she reminds me to stay humble -,
rushes off into unforeseeable times.
And with her ... .

We should all walk high,
with legs on fire,
kiss her - I mean the sky -,
and still our desire
for deep prayer, connection, truth and clarity.
